About Yannick
Born and raised in Ivory Coast, Yannick grew up surrounded by the rhythms of African music and dance. His Kizomba and Semba journey began in his late twenties, leading him to Europe, where he immersed himself in the dance community by organising festivals and traveling across the continent. Now based in Sydney, he specialises in Semba and is dedicated to sharing his love for dance through his school, Ayoka Kizomba.
